1. Who this applies to
ShopPandaAdmin is a shop-management application used by two kinds of accounts: super admins, who manage the overall shop directory, product template catalog, and categories, and shopkeepers, who manage their own shop's product inventory. This policy explains what information we collect from these accounts and how it is used. ShopPandaAdmin is not a consumer shopping app — it does not process payments, arrange deliveries, or track customer location.
2. Information we collect
- Account information: email address and password, used to sign in via Firebase Authentication. Passwords are never stored or seen by us directly — they are managed by Firebase Authentication.
- Role and shop association: whether an account is a super admin or a shopkeeper, and which shop a shopkeeper account is linked to.
- Shop and product data: shop details (name, owner name, category, phone number) and product records (name, description, price, stock quantity, category, product images) that an admin or shopkeeper enters while using the app. This data is stored in Cloud Firestore.
- Images: product and template images uploaded through the app are stored in Firebase Storage.
3. What we do not collect
- We do not process or store payment card or bank details.
- We do not collect precise device location.
- We do not use third-party advertising or analytics SDKs — only Firebase's own infrastructure (Authentication, Firestore, Storage) is used to run the app.
4. How we use this information
Account and role data is used solely to authenticate users and determine what each account is allowed to see and manage inside the app (for example, restricting shopkeepers to their own shop's inventory). Shop and product data is used to display and manage the shop directory and product catalog within the app. We do not sell or share this data with third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Data storage and security
All data is stored using Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, and Firebase Storage), which applies its own industry-standard security and encryption practices. Access to shop and product data within the app is restricted based on account role.
6. Data retention and deletion
Account, shop, and product data is retained for as long as the account remains active. To request deletion of your account or associated data, contact us using the details below.
7. Children's privacy
ShopPandaAdmin is a business-management tool intended for shop owners and administrators. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
