1. Acceptance of terms
By creating or using a ShopPandaAdmin account — as a super admin or a shopkeeper — you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Who can use ShopPandaAdmin
ShopPandaAdmin accounts are issued by an administrator for the purpose of managing shop and product data within the Shop Panda platform. Accounts are role-based:
- Super admin accounts can manage the full shop directory, the shared product template catalog, and categories.
- Shopkeeper accounts can manage their own shop's product inventory, including adding products from the shared template catalog, but cannot manage categories or the global template catalog.
3. Account responsibilities
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
- You agree to provide accurate shop and product information and to use the app only for legitimate shop-management purposes.
- You agree not to attempt to access data or features outside your account's assigned role.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload unlawful, infringing, or misleading product content or images.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the app or its backend services.
- Use the app to store or transmit data unrelated to legitimate shop or product management.
5. No payment or delivery processing
ShopPandaAdmin is a shop and inventory management tool only. It does not process payments, arrange deliveries, or facilitate transactions between shops and customers.
6. Account suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, misuses shop/product data, or is no longer associated with an active shop. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
7. Disclaimer of warranty
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of data loss, though we take reasonable steps to keep the service reliable.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app, including loss of shop or product data.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
